Musto

Musto were challenged to improve their quality, delivery and service on their core MPX Sailing range.

We set about understanding our customers needs and then using Spyder Sourcing tool were able to establish key sourcing Criteria.

We then managed to move the production from Europe to Asia not only improving the quality, delivery, but increased the margin by 3 percentage points. Additionally delivering a £1m cash flow improvement.

Musto

Musto were keen to gain the Royal Warrants for their International sales along with the ability to attend many of the Country shows where they would provide excellent all weather clothing.

We were able to prepare the necessary documentation along with aligning their internal quality and Audit processes to enable Musto to gain 2 Royal Warrants.

Musto processes had be robust and stand the testament of time to ensure their ongoing maintenance to keep the Royal Warrants

Working with the Accessories buyer we were able to help provide the necessary support and tools to enable the buyer reduce their supplier base from well over 150 suppliers to a manageable 30.

Farrell

This brand was the brainchild of Robbie Williams, the lead singer of ‘Take That’. Our team created the first ranges from the brand brief and sold them to customers in the UK, USA , Europe and Australia.

Just Style

We have provided articles to Just Style along with one of their key sourcing tools the Spyder.

This has been used by brands and buyers alike to determine their key sourcing requirements.


Marks & Spencer

We conceived and executed a bespoke school wear initiative for M&S in 2013 which still exists today.
This involved procuring and developing a unique website for the project including all the back office controls expected for such a venture. 

We recruited 500 schools ourselves directly. We executed their wishes from a product point of view.
All the production shipping and internet services were organised by our team.

Dunhill

This iconic luxury British brand has stood the testament of time. 

With the demise of the British Clothing industry the key source of supply was Italy working with some of the best Italian manufacturing units whose passion for quality and design were second to none.

Developing Double Faced Cashmere blousons with hand stitch finishes embolden the product to the Japanese Market
