Philip Worrall - Partner
With nearly 40 years in production, sourcing and development, Philip’s experience is truly global, working in countries from South and Central America, Europe, Africa and Asia. This included a 2-year placement, living and working in Hong Kong.
Philip has a proven ability to define and implement major process changes to improve product sourcing, quality, and margin at all levels.
Philip’s drive and determination ensures KPI’s are met.
Philip has worked with a range of brands. In Sportswear, Puma, Adidas, Admiral, Boardman. In Lifestyle, Ben Sherman, Dash, Eastex, Alexon and in Retail, John Lewis, Alfred Dunhill, Marks & Spencer.
Philip has been able to implement key sourcing improvements and process changes, that have improved margins and reduced overall sourcing costs.
Michael WolfF - Partner
Michael has more than 40 years’ experience in the apparel manufacturing and retail industry. Having spent 16 years with S R Gent PLC, latterly as Director of their Ladieswear Division, Michael then went on to build his own business from scratch, working with major leading high street players M&S, Arcadia, Tesco, Sainsbury, Asda, and others. He built his business to £100m over seventeen years employing 6000 people worldwide.
Michael’s in-depth knowledge and contact base, makes him one of the retail industry most sought-after consultants. Michael's open manner and knowledge puts most clients at ease, whilst enabling them to deliver on the goals set.
Michael’s ability to assist inward investment into the UK Industry has been a major aspect of the role of TE. He also has used his vast experience in assisting companies to invest and run operations overseas. His contacts at senior Government levels, in Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka have been very helpful in achieving the results sought.
Michael has recently achieved an MBA. His thesis titled “The strategy for exponential growth in SME’s”, was granted a distinction.
